Main duties:

  • Provide export sales coordination and excellent customer support by managing orders, processing quotations and supporting the export sales team.
  • Prepare customer quotations ensuring customers have all details required and following up where needed.
  • Ensure records are maintained and recorded accurately.
  • Be responsible for processing all orders ensuring high attention to detail.
  • Coordinate export inbox communications.
  • Liaise with internal teams following up on lead time and stock.
  • Ensure customer enquiries are handled efficiently.
  • Handle invoicing, credit notes, transfer orders as well as freight and shipments.
  • Reporting as needed.

Candidate's Profile:

  • Export sales or customer service experience.
  • German language skills a plus but not a requirement.
  • Excellent communication skills prioritising customer support.
  • Positive, proactive and able to work as part of a team.
  • IT literate.
