Responsibilities- Deliver efficient and professional customer service to new and existing customers
- Act as a first point of call to resolve any issues or customer enquiries
- Assist with administration and event support when needed
- Analyse and monitor customer trends and suggest improvements to management as necessary
- Provide troubleshooting advice for the website and ordering process
- Supervise evening internship staff, setting their workload and monitoring previous evening’s work
