Main duties:
- Be responsible for managing logistics and customer service in Italy, ensuring travel operations run smoothly and customers are well supported.
- Act as the first point of contact for suppliers, partners and UK based teams.
- Liaise with suppliers including hotels, coach companies and other service providers.
- Resolve and address any issues that may arise during organised trips.
- Confirm and manage itineraries, bookings, services and accommodation.
- Ensure all accommodations and activities meet with health and safety standards.
- Be responsible for supplier rate negotiation.
- Facilitate communication between travel coordinator and supplier ensuring outstanding service is provided.
- Travel to Italy during peak season.
The candidate:
- Fluent in Italian (written and spoken) essential.
- Experience working in the travel industry - especially ski group travel beneficial.
- Experience and a passion for skiing required.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills, problem solver and comfortable working independently.
- IT literate.
- Willing to travel to Italy.
The salary: up to £30,000 per annum (depending on experience).
