German-Speaking Order Management Coordinator
Location: Wigan
Hybrid working
Salary: Up to around £29,000 per annum plus great benefits

Main Duties
You will be managing the customer journey from initial enquiry and order placement through to delivery, providing ongoing support and resolving any issues along the way for UK, European and German-speaking customers.
The Role
- Support UK, European and DACH customers, using your German and English language skills
- Manage the full customer order process, from enquiry and quotation through to delivery.
- Build strong relationships with customers and work closely with Sales and internal teams.
- Handle customer queries, complaints and delivery issues, providing professional and effective solutions.
- Take ownership of your workload, identify potential problems early and proactively find solutions
Candidate's Profile
- Fluent German (written and spoken) – Essential
- Experience In a Customer Service Role Is Preferred
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
- Computer literate (with experience in SAP an advantage)
