French speaking Logistics and Sales Coordinator
Location: Remote in the UK
Salary: up to £35,000 per annum depending on experience

The company: A dynamic international business connecting global suppliers with manufacturers and distributors across international markets
Main duties: Coordinate international orders, export documentation and shipments while supporting sales growth and customer relationships across global markets.
The Role
- Coordinate international orders from placement through to final delivery liaising with suppliers and freight forwarders
- Prepare and check export documentation, monitor shipments and resolve any delivery issues
- Oversee day-to-day logistics operations, ensuring efficient coordination and smooth running of export processes
- Research, identify and secure new customers and distributors in target markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and distribution partners to drive repeat business
- Prepare quotations, arrange samples and follow up on sales opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling
- Maintain accurate CRM records, report on sales pipeline and performance, and attend relevant international trade shows
The Candidate
- Fluent in French (written and spoken) essential
- Fluent in Spanish a bonus but not a requirement
- Experience in international logistics, export coordination and shipment documentation needed
- A background in key account management and business development highly recommended
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- A proactive, adaptable approach with the ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
