Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the accounts team, setting priorities and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Oversee all accounting operations across legal entities, including multi-currency reconciliations, trial balance accuracy and debtor management.
- Produce monthly, quarterly and year-end management accounts, including VAT, VIES and EU reporting.
- Manage cashflow reporting and support annual budgeting and forecasting.
- Maintain strong financial controls, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous process improvement through KPIs.
- Assist in other assignments and projects when required, ensuring confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in French (written and spoken).
- Previous experience in a Finance role.
- AAT qualified would be an advantage.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Proactive, confident and dynamic personality.
- IT literate with experience with Excel and Sage.
