Main duties:

  • Review product labels and information to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Assess packaging artwork and product specifications for accuracy
  • Ensure products meet German and international food regulations
  • Provide regulatory guidance to clients and suppliers
  • Identify compliance risks and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Manage multiple projects while delivering work within deadlines
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of food legislation and industry requirements

The candidate:

  • Degree-level qualification in food science, regulatory affairs, or a related discipline (or equivalent relevant experience)
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a technical, regulatory, or compliance-related role
  • Strong knowledge of food law, labelling regulations, and industry guidelines
  • Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
