Location: North London – hybrid working options

Salary: £32,000 to £39,000 per annum depending on experience plus benefits

Main Duties:
  • You will be managing group travel bookings for the UK and Ireland by preparing quotes, responding to client requests, and securing confirmed business.
  • It also involves negotiating with suppliers and coordinating with operations to ensure successful delivery of each group.
The Role:
  • Generate and develop new and repeat group travel business for UK & Ireland destinations.
  • Prepare detailed and competitive quotations and itineraries for client groups.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers to support ongoing business.
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to maximise value and margins.
  • Ensure accurate booking information and smooth handover to the operations team.
  • Track market trends and competitor activity to keep offers competitive.
Candidate's Profile:
  • Fluency in either German, Italian or a Scandinavian language would be required.
  • Previous experience within a Destination Management or Travel Management Company – Essential.
  • Excellent knowledge of the UK and Ireland as a destination.
  • Knowledge of market rates and prices.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to situation.
  • Proactive, confident and dynamic personality.
  • IT literate.
