Main Duties
- To manage and grow sales across the UK, Ireland and Near Europe through distributor channels, developing strong commercial relationships, supporting product trials and demonstrations, identifying new business opportunities and delivering revenue, volume and gross margin targets.
The Role
- Field-based sales position covering the UK, Ireland and Near Europe.
- Manage and develop sales through an established network of distributors.
- Build strong relationships with distributor owners, sales teams and product managers.
- Conduct joint customer visits, product trials and technical demonstrations.
- Identify, approach and onboard new distributor partners.
- Develop new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
- Monitor competitor activity, customer requirements and market trends.
- Deliver revenue, tonnage and gross margin targets.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and territory development plan.
- Represent the business at customer meetings, trade exhibitions and industry events.
- Contribute to the continued growth of the company’s UK and export business.
