How to prepare for a job interview at French Selection (FS)
✨Know Your Stuff
Make sure you understand the education sector and the specific role of a Sales Executive. Research the company’s values, mission, and any recent news. This will help you answer questions confidently and show that you're genuinely interested in the position.
✨Show Off Your Language Skills
Since fluency in Arabic is mandatory, be prepared to demonstrate your language skills during the interview. Practice common sales scenarios in Arabic and, if possible, brush up on your French too. This will highlight your versatility and make you stand out.
✨Prepare for Role-Play Scenarios
Expect to engage in role-play exercises where you might have to convert a prospect into a student. Think about how you would handle objections and what key points you would emphasise. Practising these scenarios can help you feel more at ease during the actual interview.
✨Bring Data to the Table
Since data inputting and reporting are part of the job, be ready to discuss your experience with CRM systems or any relevant software. Share examples of how you've used data to drive sales or improve customer service in previous roles. This shows you’re not just a people person but also tech-savvy!
