Our client, a leading French company is seeking to appoint a UK Sales Director to lead its UK sales team, to support continued local growth, and to drive performance across the region. This is a pivotal role within the organisation, focused on developing and mentoring the sales force while remaining hands-on in operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and experienced sales leader to make a real impact in a fast-growing, innovative company.
This role requires exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and strong commercial acumen.
ROLE of the Sales Director:
β’ Providing strategic leadership and day-to-day management of the UK sales team to drive
growth and maximise value creation.
β’ Developing a high-performing sales pipeline while improving internal sales processes and
β’ Implementing and continuously refining a budgeting and forecasting model to support data-
driven decisions and deliver accurate reporting.
β’ Identifying new business opportunities within target markets to support both organic
growth and potential acquisitions.
β’ Working closely with senior leadership to define strategic objectives by sector and ensure
their successful execution.
β’ Personally managing key accounts and supporting relationship development with major
clients.
PROFILE:
β’ Previous experience working for a French or European company
β’ Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
β’ Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify and capitalise on new revenue
β’ Previous experience in technology-based products or products based (not service).
β’ Bold, results-driven, adaptable, and collaborative in approach.
β’ Full UK driving licence is essential.
SALARY & BENEFITS:
β’ Β£90,000 β Β£100,000 (negotiable, based on experience and skills)
β’ Uncapped performance-related bonus structure
β’ Company car or car allowance (depending on candidate preference)
