A luxury international hospitality group is seeking a Procurement Manager to support its European operations, working closely with the Procurement Director (Paris) and local teams. The Procurement Manager will lead end-to-end purchasing for hotels and serviced residences, ensuring cost efficiency, quality, supplier performance, and continuity of supply.
ROLE of the Procurement Manager:
- Drive purchasing strategy, cost savings & commercial performance
- Manage tenders (RFQs/RFPs), supplier selection & contract negotiations
- Oversee supplier performance, KPIs & risk management
- Ensure compliance, sustainability & procurement best practices
- Partner with stakeholders to forecast demand & support operations
PROFILE:
- Fluent in French & English
- 8–10 years’ procurement experience (end-to-end sourcing)
- Strong negotiation & supplier management skills
- Hospitality experience a plus
- CIPS or similar qualification preferred
