Our client, an International executive search & interim management firm (London & Paris), is hiring a French-speaking Senior Researcher / Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery across multiple retained searches.
You’ll work with global clients across energy, infrastructure, transportation & manufacturing, supporting C-suite and senior leadership hires across EMEA, Americas & APAC.
The culture is collaborative, international and entrepreneurial.
- Own delivery on 8–10 searches (5–6 active at a time)
- Client updates, progress reporting & timeline management
- Maintain high standards of process, CRM & delivery quality
Profile:
- Fluent French (native or full professional)
- Experience in retained executive search or recruitment
- Autonomous, organised, confident managing complex mandates
- Interest or experience in relevant sectors a plus
