French Resources is proud to be working with Momentum, partner of Eurostar, to recruit a French-speaking Assistant Manager for their prestigious London Business Lounge. This is a hands-on role combining exceptional customer service, team management, and high-end hospitality. You’ll support the Manager in running the lounge day to day, ensuring an outstanding client experience and a motivated, high-performing team.
Please note that the role requires early shift and some weekend work.
Full job description:- Managing daily lounge operations and welcoming clients
- Ensuring the lounge is immaculate and service standards are met
- Leading, coaching and developing the team
- Supporting performance management, including HR processes
- Deputising for the Manager when required
- Fluent in French and English (spoken & written), Dutch would be a plus
- Strong background in hospitality with up-market clientele
- Previous experience as Assistant Manager, Manager or Supervisor
- Confident people manager with excellent customer-service skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
- Strong attention to detail and presentation standards
- Knowledge of food safety
- Flexible to work shifts (early starts & weekends)
- Able to provide 5 years’ references and a clean DBS
- Up to £37,000 per year + bonus + taxi allowance
