A well-established European consumer goods group is seeking a French-speaking UK Sales Manager to drive growth and expand market share across the UK. With a diverse portfolio spanning beauty accessories, kitchenware, household and pet products (own brands + licensed ranges), this newly created role offers full ownership of UK retail development.

ROLE of the UK Sales Manager:

  • Lead and execute UK retail growth strategy
  • Manage and grow key accounts (incl. TK Maxx)
  • Develop new national retail partnerships across beauty, grocery, home & pet channels
  • Drive new business (70%) and account management (30%)
  • Lead negotiations, listings, pricing & promotions
  • Track market trends and competitor activity

PROFILE:

  • French (min intermediate), fluent English with strong communication skills
  • Min 5 years in UK retail sales / business development
  • Previous experience working for a French company will be a plus
  • Strong consumer goods / FMCG background or licensed products with retail expertise
  • Proven success with national retail buyers
  • Commercial, autonomous and results-driven
