Our client, an International executive search & interim management firm (London & Paris) is hiring a French-speaking Senior Researcher / Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery across multiple retained searches.
You’ll work with global clients across energy, infrastructure, transportation & manufacturing, supporting C-suite and senior leadership hires across EMEA, Americas & APAC. The culture is collaborative, international and entrepreneurial.
Role of the Senior Researcher / Delivery Manager:- Own delivery on 8–10 searches (5–6 active at a time)
- Market mapping, outreach, interviews & candidate assessment
- Manage candidate experience end-to-end
- Client updates, progress reporting & timeline management
- Maintain high standards of process, CRM & delivery quality
- Fluent French (native or full professional)
- Experience in retained executive search or recruitment
- Autonomous, organised, confident managing complex mandates
- Strong client communication & stakeholder management
- Interest or experience in relevant sectors a plus
- £40k–£60k base + uncapped commission
- 25 days holiday
- 1 day WFH per week
