French Resources is proud to be working with Momentum, partner of Eurostar, to recruit a French-speaking Assistant Manager for their prestigious London Business Lounge. This is a hands-on role combining exceptional customer service, team management, and high-end hospitality. You’ll support the Manager in running the lounge day to day, ensuring an outstanding client experience and a motivated, high-performing team. Please note that the role requires early shift and some weekend work.
Role of the Assistant Manager:
- Managing daily lounge operations and welcome clients
- Ensuring the lounge is immaculate and service standards are met
- Leading, coaching and developing the team
- Supporting performance management, including HR processes
- Deputising for the Manager when required
