Job Overview
Healthcare Professionals are needed to provide medical services to support the Military Treatment Facilities and Health Clinics within the US Army Medical Command, Regional Health Command Europe, and other Department of Defense (DoD) agencies including the US Navy and US Air Forces in Europe.
Qualifications
- Degree: Doctor of Chiropractic
- Education: Graduate from an accredited college or university by the Council on Chiropractic Education
- Experience: As required to meet clinical competency requirements specified in the Service-specific credentialing instructions
- Licensure: Current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice as a doctor of chiropractic
Responsibilities Include but are not limited to
- Perform a full range of clinical diagnoses and chiropractic treatments for neuro-musculoskeletal conditions including subluxation complex
- Conduct patient history and chiropractic physical examinations
- Use modalities such as heat, cold, light, electricity, sound, and exercises in patient treatment
- Provide patient instructions on hygiene, nutrition, exercise, lifestyle changes, and ergonomics
- Plan and conduct lectures and training on chiropractic-related topics
- Order orthotics, supports, and other devices
- Place active duty patients on limited duty status according to policy
Additional Information
This position is eligible for support under NATO Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA) articles 72 or 73.
