What You’ll Do:- Greet and assist walk-in customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Manage front desk operations at the Military and Family Readiness Center
- Schedule appointments for customers, assist with workshop registration, and maintain sign-in systems
- Provide virtual and in-person support, respond to inquiries, and ensure accurate documentation using the AFFIRST system; preferred to have previous experience in AFFIRST, Time Tap, and M&FRC procedures
- You’re detail-oriented, professional, and customer-focused.
- You possess strong communication skills and can manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- You are comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in administrative support or customer service
- Familiarity with scheduling systems and email platforms
- Ability to manage documentation and maintain accurate records
- Completion of required training (Anti-terrorism, OPSEC, Information Security)
- Eligibility for base access and security clearance
