What You’ll Do:
  • Greet and assist walk-in customers in a friendly, professional manner
  • Manage front desk operations at the Military and Family Readiness Center
  • Schedule appointments for customers, assist with workshop registration, and maintain sign-in systems
  • Provide virtual and in-person support, respond to inquiries, and ensure accurate documentation using the AFFIRST system; preferred to have previous experience in AFFIRST, Time Tap, and M&FRC procedures
Who You Are:
  • You’re detail-oriented, professional, and customer-focused.
  • You possess strong communication skills and can manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • You are comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in administrative support or customer service
  • Familiarity with scheduling systems and email platforms
  • Ability to manage documentation and maintain accurate records
  • Completion of required training (Anti-terrorism, OPSEC, Information Security)
  • Eligibility for base access and security clearance
