Join the place creatives call home! Fremantle is a powerhouse of the TV and Film industry. We're one of the world's largest and most successful creators, producers and distributors of Entertainment, Drama & Film and Documentaries.

We are looking for a 2nd product manager to join our team. This SPM will own our in-house build products as well as managing the partnerships with external vendors from a product and platform perspective. The SPM will not have one dedicated team (squad) but is expected to work across the engineering team which will be predominantly based in Dublin, as well as being able to prototype and get product off the ground leveraging AI-tools. There might be the occasional travel to local teams though this is a bonus and not an expectation. The team is set up and equipped to work remote as we have team members based in Stockholm, Barcelona, Dublin and London.

The Ideal Candidate: We're looking for a hands-on, creative Senior Product Manager with 5+ years of experience who thrives in 0→1 environments — someone who can turn big ideas into working products fast. You've ideally built or worked with AI-powered tools — think generative AI, content creation tech, vibe-coding interfaces, or LLM-based products — and you're excited to explore how these can transform storytelling and production. You're a strong communicator who can align engineers, creatives, and execs alike, balancing strategic vision with scrappy prototyping. You think from first principles, test hypotheses quickly, and care deeply about user experience and creative impact. Media or entertainment experience is a bonus, not a requirement. Ideally based in London, or Dublin alternatively.

In short: a resourceful, imaginative SPM who can bridge AI innovation with real creative use cases — building the future of entertainment, one prototype at a time.

Our Purpose: We aspire to tell stories that connect people around the world. We believe our shows should reflect and celebrate the world we live in and we want to create irresistible entertainment and engage with our audience. To achieve this, we must have people from all backgrounds and cultures working in our teams and on our shows, and we commit to creating opportunities for talent by being inclusive in all that we do.

The Role: You'll be dedicated to building brand-new AI-powered products from the ground up. From early discovery to global rollout, you'll take big, fuzzy problems and shape them into world-class tools that transform how Fremantle makes and monetizes content. You'll be joining a team obsessed with first-principle thinking, rapid prototyping, and creative problem-solving. Expect to experiment, ship fast, learn faster, and have an outsized impact on how entertainment evolves.

What you'll do:

  • Go 0→1: Own the full product lifecycle — from insight to MVP to scalable launch — building products that don't exist yet.
  • Think from first principles: Frame ambiguous problems clearly, challenge assumptions, and turn complex AI opportunities into simple, human solutions.
  • Prototype relentlessly: Validate ideas through scrappy experimentation and storytelling. Iterate fast, fail fast, and scale what works.
  • Ship value: Translate research and creative ambition into real products that drive efficiency, unlock creativity, or open new revenue streams.
  • Champion creators: Build with empathy for artists, editors, producers, and storytellers — not just algorithms.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience building AI or creative tech products from scratch (bonus if you've taken one from zero to launch).
  • Deep curiosity about how AI can augment human creativity.
  • Strong grasp of product strategy, user research, and MVP development.
  • A resourceful, hands-on approach: you're just as comfortable prototyping as you are prioritizing a roadmap.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to align technical and creative stakeholders.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, you thrive where playbooks don't exist.
  • Self-driven, you operate with high autonomy in ambiguous environments and know when to pull others in.

Where You'll Belong: You'll sit at the intersection of AI, creativity, and storytelling, helping shape how one of the world's largest entertainment companies builds for the future. Fremantle is already partnering with the world's leading AI innovators — from OpenAI and Runway to ElevenLabs — and you'll have the tools, scale, and creative freedom to make a mark that's truly global.
