Talent Executive

Full-Time On-site
Fremantle UK

Type of work: Hybrid working (3-4 days in office)

Fremantle UK is looking for a Talent Executive to join our People Team.

This is a new, hands-on role focused on strengthening how we attract, recruit and engage production talent across Fremantle UK. You’ll work closely with production labels, including TalkbackThames and Naked, to support crewing, build talent pipelines and improve visibility of freelance talent.

You’ll also help shape our talent outreach and inclusion activity, develop relationships with industry and education partners, and support the implementation of our new contracting system, eTribez.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support production recruitment and crewing across a range of disciplines
  • Build and maintain central talent pools and freelance networks
  • Identify skills gaps and hard-to-fill roles
  • Improve forward visibility of recruitment requirements
  • Develop outreach initiatives for emerging and underrepresented talent
  • Build relationships with industry bodies, training providers and talent partners
  • Support the adoption of eTribez and improve talent and workforce reporting
  • Share talent and insight across Fremantle UK’s production labels

We’re looking for someone with significant experience in production recruitment, crewing or talent management, a strong understanding of freelance television roles and an established industry network.

You’ll be proactive, organised and collaborative, with excellent relationship-building skills and an interest in talent development, inclusion, systems and data. Experience with freelancer management, applicant tracking or talent management systems would be advantageous.

This is an opportunity to help build a more connected, proactive and inclusive approach to production talent at Fremantle UK.
