About the Role
The business is transitioning from being a pure DTC model into an omni channel brand. In just nine months, the retail / wholesale channel already represents a huge part of total company revenue and this is set to significantly accelerate further into 2025 and beyond. Freja has already secured significant listings in major retailers, such as Tesco, Holland & Barrett, Booths, Whole Foods & Ocado. With discussions in place with many more national retailers.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven National Account Manager to lead and manage our Out of Home (OOH) and Wholesale accounts on a national scale. This role will focus on driving revenue growth, a hunter mentality for unlocking new business, expanding market share, and building long-lasting relationships with key clients in the OOH sector, including wholesalers, convenience stores, foodservice, and hospitality.
Role and responsibilities:
- Full P&L responsibility for your channel and accounts (role is both existing account management as well as new business development/ acquisition).
- Develop relationships with national retailers and open key national accounts.
- Drive distribution of existing and new products.
- Lead contract negotiations with national OOH and wholesale accounts, ensuring competitive pricing and compliance with company policies and terms.
- Regularly report on account performance, sales achievements, and market insights to senior management.
