Key Responsibilities:
- Create, film, edit, and post TikTok-first content for Freja on a daily basis
- Develop short-form content ideas and recurring content formats
- Capture content around products, styling, office life, behind-the-scenes moments, and events
- Stay up to date with TikTok trends, sounds, creators, and platform shifts
- Help with community management (comments and DMs, when needed)
- Help grow Freja's TikTok presence in a way that feels natural, elevated, and aligned with the brand
- Monitor content performance and iterate quickly based on insights, engagement, and retention
