This is an exciting opportunity to support and grow our Tesco and One Stop business as part of the wider Tesco Group team.

You’ll play a key role in delivering sales, profit and execution plans, working closely with our Tesco Group SNAM and cross‑functional colleagues to strengthen customer relationships, drive commercial performance and ensure flawless execution across promotional, range and NPD activity.

What you'll be doing

  • Support the Tesco Group SNAM in managing Tesco and One Stop, helping deliver agreed sales, profit, margin and volume targets
  • Act as a key day‑to‑day contact for selected customer and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and timely follow‑up
  • Coordinate promotional activity, seasonal events, range changes and new product launches across Tesco and One Stop
  • Prepare and maintain account plans, promotional calendars, meeting materials and customer trackers
  • Identify opportunities to grow distribution, improve promotional effectiveness and deliver incremental value
  • Monitor customer performance, market trends, consumer insights and competitor activity to inform recommendations
  • Track sales performance by brand, SKU and promotional event, highlighting risks and opportunities
  • Support forecasting, budget management and internal reporting, ensuring plans are accurate and aligned with customer activity
  • Work closely with Supply Chain and Demand Planning to ensure availability, service levels and customer requirements are met
  • Assist with commercial administration, including pricing, terms, promotional submissions and customer documentation
  • Build strong internal relationships across Sales, Category, Customer Marketing, Supply Chain, Demand Planning and Finance
