Ensure seamless order fulfillment as an Order Processing Coordinator, managing customer orders, troubleshooting delivery issues, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams. You’ll play a key role in processing orders, resolving queries, optimizing supply chain efficiencies, and ensuring orders are fulfilled on time, in full, every time. This role requires experience in customer service, sales support, or order processing within FMCG, along with strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in SAP or CRM systems. Employment Type: Full time, Temporary (15-month fixed-term contract)

Key Purpose of the Role:

  • Ensure customers receive their orders on time, in full, every time.
  • Escalate any issues impacting order delivery.
  • Build excellent relationships with suppliers and customer service colleagues.
  • Provide an excellent Customer Service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process all customer orders serviced from UK stock.
  • Act as the main point of contact for orders serviced by UK 3rd party warehousing sites.
  • Provide troubleshooting assistance for orders, escalating any relevant problems.
  • Respond to amendments and order queries in line with KPIs.
  • Investigate and resolve customer queries.
  • Resolve issues raised by transportation, logistics, and Incoterms.
  • Escalate stock availability issues to the Supply Chain Team.
  • Ensure the supply chain operates within the agreed terms with customers.
  • Attend UK site review meetings.
  • Process sample orders for the responsible country area.
  • Identify ways to improve supply chain efficiencies.
  • Support the UK Inventory Manager during periods of absence.

Person Specification:

  • Experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, or Order Processing roles.
  • Experience with SAP or other CRM systems.
  • Experience working in FMCG, preferably in food and drink.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Action-oriented with clear decision-making skills.
  • Excellent collaborator and problem solver.
