Ensure seamless order fulfillment as an Order Processing Coordinator, managing customer orders, troubleshooting delivery issues, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams. Key Purpose of the Role:
- Ensure customers receive their orders on time, in full, every time.
- Escalate any issues impacting order delivery.
- Build excellent relationships with suppliers and customer service colleagues.
- Provide an excellent Customer Service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process all customer orders serviced from UK stock.
- Act as the main point of contact for orders serviced by UK 3rd party warehousing sites.
- Provide troubleshooting assistance for orders, escalating any relevant problems.
- Respond to amendments and order queries in line with KPIs.
- Investigate and resolve customer queries.
- Resolve issues raised by transportation, logistics, and Incoterms.
- Escalate stock availability issues to the Supply Chain Team.
- Ensure the supply chain operates within the agreed terms with customers.
- Attend UK site review meetings.
- Process sample orders for the responsible country area.
- Identify ways to improve supply chain efficiencies.
- Support the UK Inventory Manager during periods of absence.
Person Specification:
- Experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, or Order Processing roles.
- Experience with SAP or other CRM systems.
- Experience working in FMCG, preferably in food and drink.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
