Supporting the wider team, you\’ll drive sales and maximise profit of our owned and agency brands to RTM and wholesale customers, as well as direct on trade retail group customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the On Trade RTM Team strategies to strengthen relationships, meet sales targets, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Cultivate strong and lasting relationships with key decision-makers within key national account partners.
  • Act as the primary point of contact at site level, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and proactively identifying opportunities for mutual growth.
  • Liaise with Brand and Customer Marketing teams to activate promotional activities including POS supply, on site activations and new product launches.
  • Train direct and indirect customers on our brand and agency wines.
  • Help NAM / SNAM to in accurate forecasting.
  • Analyse sales and category data to build plans and proposals, in collaboration with the category team.
  • Manage / organise and support any On-Trade RTM customers at trade events.
  • Attend regular on site meetings with customers.

Person Specification

  • Experience of FMCG sales, preferably drinks.
  • Entrepreneurial and commercially aware.
  • Good influencing skills with ability to adapt style to others.
  • Numerate, confident with basic financial analysis and analysing sales data.
  • Confident using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ambitious and hardworking.
  • Collaborative, with a clear and open communication style.
  • Methodical and organised approach with ability to plan workload.
  • Commitment to our company values and motivated by team achievement.
  • Interest in wine and/or hospitality sector.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
  • Home based, with occasional travel to our Newbury office and to customers or other locations regularly, including some overnight stays.
