We have an exciting opportunity to join Jascots Wine Merchants as a Key Account Manager within our Account Management Team.

We're looking for an experienced account manager who enjoys building long-term customer relationships, thrives in the fast-paced London on-trade market, and has a strong commercial mindset.

You'll play a key role in driving Jascots' continued growth by managing an established portfolio of customers, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering an exceptional customer experience that supports lasting partnerships.

  • What you'll be doing
  • Manage a portfolio of existing customer accounts to deliver sales volume, margin, retention and sustainable growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders
  • Deliver budgeted sales volume and margin across target brands
  • Develop and execute account plans aligned to customer and business objectives
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts
  • Prepare and present commercial proposals to customers
  • Maintain commercial terms, including pricing and customer contracts
  • Produce accurate sales forecasts and maintain up-to-date customer records within company CRM systems
  • Represent Jascots Wine Merchants professionally at customer meetings, tastings, supplier visits, trade events and hospitality functions

What we're looking for

  • Proven B2B account management experience, ideally within FMCG or the drinks industry
  • A commercially minded approach with a track record of delivering sales growth and building strong customer relationships
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
  • A proactive, customer-focused approach with the ability to manage multiple accounts
  • A passion for and knowledge of wine is highly desirable
  • Willingness to travel within the UK and occasionally internationally

This is a hybrid role, with regular attendance expected at our Central London office.

It is also a field-based commercial role, and you'll spend a significant amount of time each week visiting customers and prospective clients.

Occasional UK travel, supplier visits and attendance at trade events will also form part of the role.
