Freixenet Copestick are looking for a Commercial Finance Analyst to join the team in a brand-new role, where your insights will directly drive growth and support key commercial decisions.

The package includes a competitive salary with bonus, hybrid working with three days a week in the Newbury office, 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays and your birthday off, as well as staff discount on wines. You’ll also benefit from personal development support, a clear progression route into senior finance roles, and the chance to be part of a collaborative and growing finance team.

You will need to be based in Newbury 3 days per week.

In this role, you will:

  • Track and report monthly performance against budget
  • Maintain and enhance financial systems such SAP
  • Deliver valuable insights on brand and customer performance
  • Support forecasting accuracy in partnership with Supply Chain
  • Prepare reporting packs and commentary for the board

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • Experience in commercial finance or analytics
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills
  • Experience in FMCG (preferred)
  • Confidence communicating with non-finance teams
  • Part-qualified status or is working towards a recognised finance qualification
