Accounts Payable Specialist

We\’re looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join a fast-paced FMCG finance team where precision, pace, and teamwork are key. This is a brilliant opportunity to work with one of the most recognisable names in the drinks industry, supporting a busy AP function across three business units and multiple currencies.

Newbury (Hybrid – 3 office / 2 working from home)

You\’ll join a supportive, close-knit finance team and play a crucial role in maintaining smooth supplier relationships, handling high volumes of invoices, and supporting the broader finance function with reconciliations and reporting.

The Role:

• Process high volumes of supplier invoices across multiple systems
• Manage payment runs and bank reconciliations
• Handle multi-currency transactions and international suppliers
• Perform intercompany reconciliations and year-end support
• Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Maintain AP inbox and assist with ad hoc reporting

About You:

• 1–2 years\’ Accounts Payable experience
• Confident user of SAP (QuickBooks/Merlin a bonus)
• Comfortable working in high-volume environments
• Accurate, organised, and team-oriented
