Freightserve recruitment are looking for an Import Brokerage Clerk for a well-established Freight Forwarder based in the Sunbury-on-Thames area.

Key

Responsibilities:- Prepare and submit import customs declarations Completing all Road, Air and Seafreight customs entries Manage customs documentation such as commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and preference certificates.

Liaise with HMRC, customers, shipping partners, and internal teams on customs queries.

Monitor and resolve customs delays, document discrepancies, and clearance issues.

Key Skills Experience Experience in customs clearances Experience using Cargowise.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work accurately under pressure and manage time effectively.
