Freightserve recruitment are looking for a Fine Art Coordinator for a well-established Freight Forwarder. The company is based in the Bagshot, Surrey area.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating high value artworks and antiques to various Worldwide destinations
- Coordinating all international art movements
- Completing all MAWB's and HAWB's
- Completing customs entries
- Completing all shipping documentation
- Invoicing
- Liaising with galleries and clients
- Managing risks
- Dealing with insurance for all shipments
- Ensuring correct packing and handling for all shipments
- Dealing with transporters
Required Experience:
- Minimum 2 years Freight experience
- Experience handling fragile goods
- Knowledge of Exports
- Customs experience
- Valid driving license
