Freightserve recruitment are looking for Junior Export Clerk for a major Freight Forwarder based in the Heathrow area. The roles would suit College Leaver or University Graduate who are looking to start a career within Freight Forwarding. Responsibilities (Full Training):- Gathering export documents and executing export entries. Speak with customers, handling any requests and questions. Liaise with Airlines and Haulier, organising deliveries. Liaise with 3PL suppliers and warehousing. Be an integral part of the Air Freight Team and support the Account Management with day-to-day operations. Requirements: Keen to learn and start your career in logistics. Excellent telephone manner, customer service and attention to detail. Good verbal and written communication. Previous exposure to the logistics and supply chain industry advantageous, but not essential.
