Freightserve recruitment are looking for an experienced Import / Export Clerk for a well-established busy Freight Forwarder based in the Staines-upon-Thames area. This role will be an integral part of the freight team. Responsible for aspects of Import and Exports (mainly Air and Roadfreight) Job Details:- Create Customs declarations ensuring correct codes / schemes used for both import & export. Create transit documents and ensure Customs compliant. Prepare all documentation for Imports and Exports. Liaise with customers and suppliers. Arrange transport for both international and domestic from start to finish, updating on status and final POD. Cost and provide quotes for all enquiries, offering advice on transit and Customs formalities.
