Freightserve recruitment are looking for an Air Logistics Aerospace Agent for a major Freight Forwarder. The company is based in the Heathrow area.
Daily Duties:
- Customer services (Highest level)
- Follow any new systems procedures within the department
- Take job orders from clients, that include routing, classifying of service type, establishing a deadline
- Update clients with any flight and customs delays
- Submit proof of deliveries to clients
- Resolve any queries
- Offer clients the company's full portfolio of services
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
- Communicate with service partners and keep them updated on shipments progress
Required Experience:
- Experience in Aerospace field is preferred
- Customer service experience within Airfreight
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint & Word)
- Good written and verbal communications skills in English
Working hours are Monday - Friday 12:00 - 21:00.
