Freightserve recruitment are looking for an Air Logistics Aerospace Agent for a major Freight Forwarder. The company is based in the Heathrow area.

Daily Duties:

  • Customer services (Highest level)
  • Follow any new systems procedures within the department
  • Take job orders from clients, that include routing, classifying of service type, establishing a deadline
  • Update clients with any flight and customs delays
  • Submit proof of deliveries to clients
  • Resolve any queries
  • Offer clients the company's full portfolio of services
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Communicate with service partners and keep them updated on shipments progress

Required Experience:

  • Experience in Aerospace field is preferred
  • Customer service experience within Airfreight
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint & Word)
  • Good written and verbal communications skills in English

Working hours are Monday - Friday 12:00 - 21:00.
