Freightserve recruitment are looking for an IT Support Operator who is experienced with CargoWise. The company are a well-established Freight Forwarder based in the Feltham, Middlesex area.
Job Role: Providing high quality global logistics services and developing optimal logistics solutions for their customers.
Daily duties:
- Provide 1st line support for all user CargoWise issues that arise
- Assist in CargoWise IT projects including company system implementations
- Utilise 2nd line escalation when required
- Support of problems with various Microsoft applications
- Basic level network infrastructure support
- Some IT supplier related activities e.g., Procurement
