Freightserve recruitment are looking for an experienced Air Export Clerk for a well-established Freight Forwarder based in the Bracknell area.

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a well-established and respected freight forwarding business based in Crowthorne.

We are looking for an experienced

Air Export Clerk to become part of their busy export operations team, managing shipments from start to finish.

This is an ideal role for someone with previous air freight export experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing end-to-end air export shipments.
  • Preparing and processing customs export declarations.
  • Raising and checking HAWBs and MAWBs.
  • Liaising with airlines, cargo handling agents, and overseas partners.
  • Communicating directly with customers to provide shipment updates and resolve queries.
  • Ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with current regulations.
  • Coordinating bookings and monitoring shipments through to final departure.
  • Assisting on the courier department, booking in jobs and monitoring status while keeping the customer updated
