Freightserve recruitment are looking for a Cargo Sales Executive for an Airline GSA based in the Heathrow area.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Meet with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and present suitable products and services.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new clients’ opportunities and stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Negotiation: Negotiate sales contracts and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management, detailing sales activities, client feedback, and market insights.
- Customer Satisfaction: Address client queries and issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Industry Functions: Attend where required industry events; these could be airline, client, or Company events.
- Travel: There may be occasions when international travel is necessary for meetings or tenders.
