Freightserve are looking to recruit a Cargo Operations / Reservations Agent for a Heathrow based Airline. The Airline is based in the Heathrow area.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage complete end-to-end process.
- Interface with UK freight forwarders.
- Keeping in-house system up to date.
- Oversee and manage Pre Bookings.
- Acting as main contact through both customer calls and emails.
- Responding to requests.
- Spot Rates
- Quotations
- Postflights
- Costings / Invoicing
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Ideally candidate should have Cargo Airline or GSSA experience.
- Have outstanding customer service skills and good understanding of the cargo market.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment handling multiple initiatives and prioritise own workload.
- Must be articulate and possess good interpersonal skills.
