Duties:
- Assist in the preparation and processing of Air Import documentation
- Oversee the entire Import shipment process to ensure precise and timely bookings.
- Customs entries (CDS)
- Coordinate with airlines and overseas agents
- Track shipments and provide updates to customers
- Provide exceptional customer service.
