Freightserve recruitment are looking for a Export Shipping Co-ordinator dealing with Air, Road and Oceanfreight for a well-established Freight Company based in the E16 area. Duties:- * Data input from daily sheets * Liaising with customers via email & phone * Arranging worldwide air, sea & roadfreight shipments (both imports and exports) * Arranging courier shipments from UK & from Northern Ireland * Creating jobs and creating pick lists to give to warehouse * Completing jobs ready for despatch * Booking transport for third party deliveries * Speaking / emailing with ships agents to get ETA & ETD of vessels. Required Experience:- * Air, Road and Oceanfreight knowledge * Good customer service skills As an agency we are fast becoming the number one Freight specialist in the UK.
