Security Drivers

Freightserve are looking to recruit Security Drivers for a niche sector Freight Forwarder that deals with high value shipments. The company are based in the Heathrow area.\\nSecurity Drivers are required to work for a dynamic, customer focused environment and to ensure the protection of personnel and shipments for which the company is responsible.\\nThis position requires strict following of rules and procedures to protect and safeguard the transports and property.\\nKey Responsibilities:-\\n• Performing pickups and deliveries of high value shipments\\n• Maintaining high standard of work at trade shows and special events\\n• Loading and unloading the armoured vehicle\\n• Ensuring the safety and protection of assets at all times\\n• Providing an excellent level of customer service at all times\\n• Respecting and following the company’s guidelines and procedures\\n• Driving an armoured vehicle and following road safety regulations\\n• Maintaining a high level of vigilance at all times\\n• Completing daily reports and check of the vehicle\\n• Carrying out other ad-hoc duties as requests\\nKey Skills / Requirements:-\\n• Must hold a Full Clean UK Driving Licence\\n• Holding an SIA licence is desirable\\n• Excellent ethics and integrity\\n• High attention to detail\\n• Collaborative work style\\n• Excellent customer service\\n• Ability to work independently\\n• Professional positive demeanour\\nThis role requires references to be provided for the last 5 years as well as a successful DBS check.\\nHours are Monday – Friday (various start and finish times) Overtime opportunities available.
