Freightserve are looking to recruit a Move Manager for a niche sector Freight company. The role is working within Fine Arts and Antique shipments. The company is based in the Perivale area.

About the Role

The company specialise in the safe handling, transportation, and installation of priceless artworks.

Duties

  • Overseeing global exports to various worldwide destinations
  • Shipping various Fine Arts and Antiques by Sea, Air and Road freight
  • Start to finish position
  • Being the main client contact for all shipments
  • Dealing with Key Accounts
  • Being main contact throughout the Shipping process
  • Maintained all client records (updating inhouse system)
  • Dealing with Transporters, Shipping Lines and Airlines
  • Handling all Shipping documentation
  • Dealing with invoicing
  • Building and maintaining client relationships

Required Experience

  • Art Handling Experience Desirable
  • Knowledge of Shipping processes
