Freightserve recruitment is looking for an Air Logistics Aerospace Agent for a major Freight Forwarder based in the Heathrow area.
Responsibilities
- Provide highest level of customer service
- Follow new system procedures within the department
- Take job orders from clients, including routing, classifying services, and establishing deadlines
- Update clients on flight and customs delays
- Submit proof of deliveries to clients
- Resolve any queries
- Offer clients the company’s full portfolio of services
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
- Communicate with service partners and keep them updated on shipment progress
Required Experience
- Experience in the aerospace field is preferred
- Customer service experience within air freight
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English

Monday – Friday, 12:00 – 21:00
