Fine Art Logistics Coordinator

Freightserve recruitment are looking for a Fine Art Shipping Coordinator for a excellent niche sector Freight Forwarder based in the Heathrow area. Daily Duties:- – Coordinate and manage shipments via air, road and sea making sure we adhere to all relevant constraints (time, budget, scope, quality etc) – Monitor our orders with dedicated reports, tools, and a shared platform whilst troubleshooting and removing roadblocks – Be the first point of contact for our partners and importers – Suggest and implement process improvements within the Freight & Customs team – Work closely and collaboratively with our Customer Care and Warehouse teams Required Experience:- – First experience in art shipping or in logistics and within the startup ecosystem, and an understanding of customs. – You have strong analytical skills – You have excellent written and verbal communication skills – You are well organised and disciplined in daily activity planning and know how best to prioritise – You are enthusiastic, ambitious, self-motivated and hands-on with a strong work ethic. – You enjoy working in a challenging fast-paced, target-driven and team-oriented environment – You are an excellent learner with a desire to adapt to new concepts and technologies Benefits include a £1000 company bonus Working Hours are Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5pm or 9am – 5:30pm As an agency we are fast becoming the number one Freight recruitment specialist.
