Freightserve recruitment are looking for Express Customer Service Clerks for a major Freight company based in the Feltham, Middlesex area.
Key Tasks:
- Strong communication, including writing, speaking and active listening
- Great customer service skills, including interpersonal conversation, patience and empathy
- Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- In-depth knowledge of industry best practices
- Basic maths and accounting skills
- Organization, time management and prioritization abilities
- Ability to be discreet and maintain the security of client information
- Effective computer skills to input and use account management software in a timely and efficient manner
- Excellent knowledge of Excel, ideally with intermediate experience level, able to use pivot tables and formulas
Skills and Competencies:
- Be customer focused with dedication in your service delivery to meet customer needs
