Freightserve recruitment are looking for Express Customer Service Clerks for a major Freight company based in the Feltham, Middlesex area.

Key Tasks:

  • Strong communication, including writing, speaking and active listening
  • Great customer service skills, including interpersonal conversation, patience and empathy
  • Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • In-depth knowledge of industry best practices
  • Basic maths and accounting skills
  • Organization, time management and prioritization abilities
  • Ability to be discreet and maintain the security of client information
  • Effective computer skills to input and use account management software in a timely and efficient manner
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel, ideally with intermediate experience level, able to use pivot tables and formulas

Skills and Competencies:

  • Be customer focused with dedication in your service delivery to meet customer needs
  • Ability to maintain a positive mindset when working under pressure, re-prioritising workload where necessary
  • Be reliable with the ability to multitask and have strong problem-solving skills

Hours are based on a Monday - Friday basis with rotation shifts. Benefits include 25 days holiday per year.
