Freightserve recruitment are looking for an experienced AOG Export and Import person for well established and niche sector freight forwarders based in the Heathrow area.
Responsibilities
- For Exports:
- Preparing export consignments for shipping, ensuring all consignments depart from the UK in accordance with the client's requirements.
- Handle and monitor all consignments ensuring compliance with all agreed company policies.
- Completing MAWB's and HAWB's.
- Completion of NES Customs entries.
- Issuing of consignment security letters and airline lodge paperwork.
- Dealing with overseas agents.
- Dealing with telephone enquiries from both internal & external departments accurately and efficiently.
- Completing import customs entries.
- Liaising with Airlines, GSAs and Handling Agents.
- Dealing with overseas agents.
