Freightserve recruitment are looking for a Night Shift AOG Operator for a well-established Freight Forwarder. The company is based in the Heathrow area. Key Tasks/Responsibilities:- Day to Day responsibility for customer service delivery to Clients Follow up and resolve all operational issues / customer service concerns raised by the customer Responsible for Sales Invoicing on a timely basis and job costing accuracy Processing of export documents Ceation / submission of Customs Entries Establish and Maintain Internal and External Relationships. Fully Document attributed client’s business processes and requirements. Ensuring accuracy of Export entry declarations through self-auditing Monitor inbox and make sure emails are answered in timely manner Required experience:- 1. Excellent communication and organisational skills. 2. Excellent AOG Knowledge 3. A mature and professional manner. 4. HMRC Customs Procedural knowledge Including Entry submission 5. Enjoy working with customers and building relationships. Must be able to work well within a target driven environment. Working hours are 4 nights on 4 nights off 7pm – 7am As an agency we are fast becoming the number one Freight specialist in the UK.
