Freightserve recruitment are looking for a Air Logistics Aerospace Agent for a major Freight Forwarder. The company is based in the Heathrow area. Daily Duties:- Customer services (Highest level) Follow any new systems procedures within the department To take job orders from clients, that include routing, classifying of service type, establishing a deadline Updating clients with any flight and customs delays Submitting proof of deliveries to clients Resolving any queries Offering clients the company's full portfolio of services Building and maintaining relationships with clients Communicate with service partners and keeping them all updated on shipments progress Required Experience:- Experience in Aerospace field is preferred Customer service experience within Airfreight Knowldge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint Word) Good written and verbal communications skills in English Working hours are Monday - Friday 3pm - Midnight As an agency we are fast becoming the number one Freight specialist in the UK.
