Freightserve recruitment are looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk for a busy well-established Freight Forwarder based in the Feltham, Middlesex area.
Job Description:-
- Processing and matching a high volume of supplier invoices
- Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies
- Preparing and processing supplier payments
- Managing supplier queries and maintaining strong relationships
- Ensuring the purchase ledger is accurate and up to date
- Supporting the wider finance team when required
Required experience:-
- Purchase Ledger experience
- Previous experience working within freight forwarding
- Experience with Sage and Boxtop
