Freightserve recruitment are looking for a Export Shipping Co-Ordinator dealing with Air, Road and Oceanfreight for a well-established Freight Company based in the E16 area.
Duties:-
Data input from daily sheets
Liaising with customers via email & phone
Arranging worldwide air, sea & roadfreight shipments (both imports and exports)
Arranging courier shipments from UK & from Northern Ireland
Creating jobs and creating pick lists to give to warehouse
Completing jobs ready for despatch
Booking transport for third party deliveries
Speaking / emailing with ships agents to get ETA & ETD of vessels.
Required Experience:-
Air, Road and Oceanfreight knowledge
Good customer service skills
